First Course

Red Snapper Yuzu, Bae Pear, Radish, Aji Amarillo

Pairing: Szigeti Pinot Noir Rose Brut, Burgenland, Austria

Second Course

Duo of Lobster Rolls Toasted Brioche

Pairing: Wolffer Estate Long Island 'Summer in a Bottle' Rose, NY, USA

Third Course

Tuna "niçoise" Sundried Tomato Sauce Vierge, Caper, Sambal Olek

Pairing: Chateau Musar 'Musar Jeune' Rose, Bekaa Valley, Lebanon

Fourth Course

New England Clam Bake Potatoes & Chorizo

Pairing: Les Vignobles Gueissard Bandol Cuvee Marcel, Provence, France


Sweet Corn Pudding Blueberry & Shortbread

Pairing: Chiarli 1860 Prestigio Lambrusco di Sorbara Secc, Emilia-Romagna, Italy

- Dinner Only -  $80 before tax and gratuity

Optional Welcome Reception at 5:30 pm with fresh shucked oysters, littlenecks and cash bar!   These items will be  available for a la carte pricing and not included in ticket price.


-   Event location will be held in our outside corridor.
