Pickup Window: Our pickup time slots are between 10 AM and 3 PM. Available times are intentionally throttled in an effort to minimize wait times. Please adhere to your scheduled arrival times.

Allergy Notification: It is the customer's responsibility to inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing an order. We will then confirm if we can accommodate your request.

No-Show Policy: If an order is not picked up, it will be considered forfeited. No returns or refunds will be issued for no-show orders.

No Returns or Refunds: Once an order has been picked up, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds as our takeout orders are carefully prepared and customized for each customer.
