1. **Pickup Window:** Our pickup time slots are between 10 AM and 2 PM. Please email lmoore@oakandreeddowntown.com with your preferred pickup time. You can also specify your desired time in the notes section before checkout. Time slots are subject to availability and are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

2. **Allergy Notification:** It is the customer's responsibility to inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing an order. We will then confirm if we can accommodate your request.

 

3. **No-Show Policy:** If an order is not picked up, it will be considered forfeited, and all sales are final. No returns or refunds will be issued for no-show orders.

 

4. **No Returns or Refunds:** Once an order has been picked up, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds as our takeout orders are carefully prepared and customized for each customer.
